Dear Ms Wittner,
I am delighted to tell you that the WITTNER Finetune-Pegs function marvellously well. I only would like to encourage you to develop an optically more attractive model which also would fit the needs and expectations of string players who own instruments of high value.
Personally I tune my cello if possible always with the pegs as I have learned it when I was a kid - then however with gut strings. Unfortunately this tuning method is rarely practised today and not anymore taught. One only tunes with the mechanical fine tuners at the tailpiece. We all know the result: As soon as the C string is tuned, the upper strings are slightly out of tune again because the enormous tension over the short string piece is moving the bridge and thus spoiling the achieved result. We lose a lot of time, also the capacity to hear perfect fifths.
Therefore the WITTNER Finetune-Peg is a significant step in the right direction. I fully support your product and shall strongly recommend it.

In my Conservatorium I certainly shall take care that our instruments will be equipped with WITTNER Finetune-Pegs. In my capacity as honorary professor at the Conservatories in Beijing, Shenyang, Guangzhou and Hanoi I shall introduce your revolutionary product to my colleagues in China and Vietnam. Specially for countries with climatic extremes this new invention provides great relief.

I am confident that the WITTNER Finetune-Peg addresses a real need and will conquer the market worldwide.
