I just would like to give you my feedback about that finetuning pegs that now I have on all of my violas (both from 18th century and modern ones) - it's absolutely brilliant, effective, simple to use and much more comfortable than anything I have experienced before.
Plus it allows to tune an instrument in very precise way and to experiment with tailpieces of all lengths and sizes. I am strongly advising this innovation to all of my students and colleagues. Great job done!
